100 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970

Gorgeous apartments in the center of downtown Salem

The Endicott Building, a landmark structure, is located in the heart of historic Salem, Massachusetts. Erected in 1885 and named after a direct descendent of the first Governor of Massachusetts, the original use of the building was Webbers Department Store, which did a thriving retail business well into the 1960's. The second occupant was the Kerr Furniture. The building was sold, then in the early 1990's after considerable construction and extensive renovations. The use was then changed to residential. It now houses the prestigious Townhouse Square Apartments which were completed in mid 1994 after an eight million dollar renovation.
